The 3rd section of the Chinese Passenger Act 1855 empowers the Governor of Hong Kong by Proclamation to alter the Scale of Drugs, medicines, & medical Comforts, Contained in Schedule A to the Act. No doubt, from increased Experience, Changes in these scales become from time to time necessary.
The Governor now submits for approval a revised Scale of Medicines to be substituted for the scale in the Act.
